As a Customer Success Manager you will ensure that each assigned account achieves the highest level of customer success and end-user adoption. Your responsibilities will include ownership and accountability for ensuring customer seat retention and annual contract renewal; analyzing, recommending and implementing Sales 2.0 and process improvements; collaborating with team members on upsell and renewal opportunities; and related special projects. You have background in direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales/sales support or professional services into a B2B tech-company environment; or experience in quota-carrying account management/sales including upsells and renewals. CRM experience preferred; and the willingness and ability to travel 25%-50% of the time as the company grows. Join our flourishing company and thrive!
