As a Software Support Analyst for QAD’s Global Support Organization based in Mount Laurel, NJ, 16 miles south east of Philadelphia, you will work closely with our global team members and customers solving complex technical issues. QAD provides leading edge ERP software solutions to global manufacturing companies on a variety of platforms, primarily HP-UX, AIX, Solaris, Linux and Windows. Our products are developed on PROGRESS, ORACLE and SQL database engines. Interfaces and data exchange tools work with .Net Framework, Java and XML to name a few, for wide area application deployment. As technology evolves so do our applications. Your previous experience supporting QAD or similar ERP software will put your resume at the top of the stack and cut your ramp up time in half.
