As our Services Controller, based in our headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA, you will leverage your undergraduate or graduate degree and your highly experienced background in operations of a software development firm or similar IT field to provide financial support on a daily basis to the Global Services organization. Your global operations experience will allow you to support the Global Services budgeting and planning process; manage the integrity of services financial forecasts and results including the fixed fee revenue recognition, measurement and reporting process globally. You will be able to support Services Management in creating resource plans and provide for the development of cost, pricing and VSOE rate calculations and models. The top candidate will also support the strategic direction of both the Global Services and Finance initiatives and support GS Operations and the Finance Director in achieving best in class operational excellence and executing other initiatives.
