As the Customer Service Leader in our brand new facility in Middleboro, MA, your primary mission will be to develop and improve upon existing customer satisfaction procedures and implement first-class customer service, sales order processing, customer inquiry processes and systems. Your breadth of customer service experience, preferably in the OEM supplier or medical device industry, will allow you to anticipate and manage events, trends, and challenges as they relate to customer service activity. While not required, working with an FDA regulated product will ease your transition into this role. Working with sales, finance, engineering, and manufacturing, you will ensure all orders are taken, processed and fulfilled accurately and in a timely fashion. Your familiarity with ERPs such as Visual or JD Edwards will provide you with the tools needed to track and improve our overall lead time performance, and to develop and maintain all computer reports relating to sales by customer, end user account, territory, region and by product.
