As a Deployment Engineer for LivePerson, based in either our Atlanta or New York City office, you will be responsible for managing all of the technical aspects of the LivePerson solutions software deployments for clients. Your previous experience with the creation and support of HTML and JavaScript code will serve as an integral foundation to your success on our team. More than just another engineer plugging away at code, you will utilize your polished and professional communication skills to interact with high profile clients in an effort to formalize their deployment strategy. This role will truly call upon your previous technical development, QA skills, and your communication skills and by utilizing each of these, you will provide first level technical support for clients, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to fix what may be hindering the solution. Your strategic approach to successful client solutions will require you to work with each internal team at LivePerson, providing you corporate exposure and a platform for career growth within, as well as growth for LivePerson within our existing clients.
