As our Controller, your primary function is to act as the chief financial contact for reporting and accounting within our service and manufacturing business to our Vice President of Finance and President of ADS. You will be expected to travel up to 30% of your time as you will oversee several international operating units. Essential to this role is your ability to work with all levels of employees, from the production/service level up to the executive financial team. Your ability to develop a yearly forecast, manage monthly closes and reporting and explain variances between forecasted and actual results will allow you to present quarterly financial results to the leaders of our organization. A comprehensive understanding of accrual based accounting coupled with extensive experience managing an accounting department within a service environment help to ensure your success in this role. Experience with internatioal accounting is key as you will be responsible for several business entities overseas.
