As the Support Analyst for EnerNOC, based in Boston, MA, your primary objective will be to provide support for our applications and improve business operation efficiency. Your basic understanding of Oracle or Microsoft databases, hosted applications such as Salesforce.com, and ability to digest difficult business problems will allow you to dig right in to our technical environment and hit the ground running on day one. Your exposure to IT applications combined with your understanding of business considerations will be critical in your ability to solve user reported application problems and provide excellent customer service. Using your database design skills you will help implement application improvements to increase user efficiency. As you will be interfacing with our business users and your technology peers regularly, your strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as stellar verbal and written communication skills will be keys to your success.
